Corporation Lawsuit Against Kambulow in Quandary

Toronto, Canada. (CNT) According to anonymous sources, Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship Corporation and President John Arnott and Vice President Steve Long $50 million dollar lawsuit against a fellow Christian, Walter Kambulow of Burlington, Ontario, has run into serious problems and is in jeopardy. As a result TACF and its pastors are looking for a face saving solution as to why they took a Christian to court contrary to scripture including character assassinating further Mr. Kambulow. It seems that TACF and its pastors have committed perjury in their “Statement of Claim” by falsely stating that they were “seriously damaged” by Mr. Kambulow and his words and actions have had and will continue to have a detrimental effect on the ability of TACF to continue to serve its members and on the ability of Amott and Long to continue to perform their work as pastors! It seems that TACF and its pastors since the filing of their lawsuit have continued with business as usual by taking cruises, vacations and trips around the world charged to their typical “Pentecostal family owned and run” corporation/ ministry and have been paying off each other’s mortgage “tax free.” (http://www.fstdt.com/forums/thread.aspx?t=15245) It seems that TACF and its pastors have not been able to substantiate to the court that they have been seriously hurt or damaged in any way by Mr. Kambulow! And a Toronto motion Judge has turned down TACF's request for a permanent injunction against Mr. Kambulow or to put him in jail so that there would not be a trial on the matter and TACF has been using dirty tricks and motions to delay the lawsuit! Evidence had been present to the Superior Court of Ontario by Mr. Kambulow that TACF and its pastors are guilty of financial crimes and hate crimes for which they must be prosecuted and put in jail.
Contrary to a Judge’s Order of January 15, 2008 TACF and John Arnott and Steve Long are refusing to submit a “Statement of Defense” to Mr. Kambulow concerning his $ 100 million dollar lawsuit which has been revised to $ 300 million. It seems that TACF and its pastors don’t have much respect for the Judge or the Court system or anybody when it doesn’t suit them and believe that they are only accountable to God and no other because of their unique “Third Wave” anointing and Toronto Blessing. TORONTO AIRPORT CHRISTAN FELLOWSHIP and its
Pastors are running scared as the truth
about them is out and cannot be denied!
Because Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship and
its Pastors John Arnott and Steve Long like to do dirty things in secret
in court and other places and they don’t want the public to know about it lest
they find out they are not men of integrity, TACF Lawyer has made an amended
Notice of Motion that not only character assassinates Walter Kambulow but
requests from the court:
4. an order that the Defendant be
found in contempt for breaching the Order of the Honourable Justice Lederman
dated November 13, 2007 (the “Interim Order”);
5. an order imposing a
monetary penalty on the Defendant in relation to his contempt of the Interim Order
in an amount this Honourable Court deems just;
6. an order that the Defendant
is prohibited from utilizing the services of any internet service provider for
the purpose of disseminating any electronic communications, including sending
any e-mail communications or posting any statements on the internet;
7. an order that anyone with
notice of an order made in connection with this motion is prohibited from
knowingly permitting the Defendant to utilize their internet services for the
purpose of violating an order made in connection with this motion;
8. an order that the Defendant
pay the Plaintiffs’ costs of this motion on the substantial indemnity scale
forthwith; and
9. such further and other relief
as counsel may advise and this Honourable Court may deem just.
Of course TACF and its pastors don’t do what Jesus told them to
do:
Matthew 5:21 "You have heard that it was said to
those of old, 'You shall not murder, and whoever murders will be in danger of
the judgment.' 5:22 "But I say to you that whoever is angry with his
brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment. And whoever says to

something against you, MT 5:24 "leave your gift there before the altar,

Further to all Mr. Kambulow’s
letters of January 22, 2008, January 31, 2008 and February 2, 2008 to Aird
& Baird on the subject of the “Lawsuit,” Mr. Kambulow requests that Pastors
John Arnott and Steve Long of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship be
present in court on February 13,2008 for many reasons including to be cross examined by Walter Kambulow to prove TACF’s allegations to
the court:

As a direct result of the malicious statements and publication of the
Defamatory Words by Kambulow, the Plaintiffs have suffered and will continue to
suffer damages, their character and reputation, personally and in the way of
their profession, office or calling, have wrongly been brought into public
disrepute, their public and general reputation has been and will continue to
be seriously damaged, and they have been subjected to embarrassment, ridicule
and contempt.

The Defamatory Words also directly attack the character, competence, and
integrity of the Plaintiffs and, consequently, have had and will continue to
have a detrimental effect on the ability of TACF to continue to serve its
members and on the ability of Amott and Long to continue to perform their work
as pastors.
If your firm and others will do your homework
they will see that very few of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship
members and adherents accept these statements in the lawsuit at full value
or that they have any truth to them, never mind what others think about them!
Mr Kambulow will not only request that TACF be
held in default for not submitting “a statement of defense” by January
30,1008 as ordered by Justice Clark but that if there will be a trial that it
be adjourned until pastors Steve Long and John Arnott are present
in court so we can have a proper trial to deal with all
the issues brought forth to your firm by Mr. Kambulow and that will be
presented to the court for their records and complete discussion including:

Mr. Kambulow would like to bring to your attention his previous remarks:
For the
record there is no consent to any appeal or motion by Aird &
Berlis/TACF from Walter Kambulow because it all will be
discussed and brought up at the trail or February 13, 2008 or there will be no
trial as Justice Clark on January 15 combined the two court cases and upheld
Walter Kambulow’s right not only to sue Toronto Airport Christian
Fellowship but bring up all the points that were brought up or should
have been brought up in the Milton Court!
For the
record, there is only one trial that combines TACF and Kambulow’s lawsuit
together and deals with the fact that Pastors John Arnott and Steve Long
are proven unrepentant liars, slanderers and backstabbers. So there will no
divisions or separation from the trial of anything!
1) The only court
date that I accept for any discussion is February 13, 2008 as
Justice Clark combined the two lawsuits as one and ordered TACF to submit a
proper Statement of Defence to Walter Kambulow by January 30, 2008-01-22. As a
result I will request that the Superior Court of Ontario hold TACF in
default on February 13, 2008 if they fail to comply with Justice Clark’s order!
2) Also please find served previously upon you pursuant
to the Rules of Civil Procedure my “Rejection of Milton Motion” dated
December 27, 2007 which I tried to submit to Justice Clark who said it would be
accepted and read by new judge on February 13 for the combined
lawsuit. Noteworthy is Appendix A and B which defines when and how
Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship through its pastors slandered and
defamed Walter Kambulow on April 25,2005 not August 25, 2005!
3) It’s to be noted that Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship,
a nonprofit corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of Ontario, action
on about October 29, 2007 against Walter Kambulow is for alleged
defamation, not proven defamation!
4) It’s to be noted that Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship,
a nonprofit corporation, is responsible for all the deeds and actions of its
executive and employees including Steve Long and John Arnott and Mr. Kambulow’s
lawsuit is against the corporation!
5) It’s to be noted that it has not been established the
employees Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship alleged defamation in the
carrying out of their duties is a reason for using or are they authorized
to sue using the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship Corporation
or that they have to right to sue in their capacity as pastors!
6) It’s to be noted that TACF’s lawsuit has not established
that all the websites and emails are owned by Mr Kambulow which they are not!
7) It’s to be noted that the “Kambulow TACF Lawsuit
Preliminary” attached here with and will be used in all court cases with
TACF establishes the reason and motives for Mr. Kambulow’s lawsuit,
complaints and disgust with Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship and its
pastors John Arnott and Steve Long!
8) It’s also to be noted that Toronto Airport Christian
Fellowship claims it’s primarily a church and a such cannot be adjudicated by a
court of law without using the bible as point of reference and comparing
their words and deeds with the bible and the teachings of Jesus! Using any
secular organization as a point of reference or discussion is invalid because
TACF is primarily a Christian Church not a secular organization or corporation
9) It’s also to be noted that “Kambulow TACF Lawsuit
Preliminary” contains more than enough material to show that TACF and its
pastors are in error not only in their slander, defamation, backstabbing,
stonewalling, cowardice, etc. but in Christian Doctrine!
10) It’s to be noted that the bible doesn’t permit Christians
to take Christian to secular court as TACF has done and is doing.
11) It’s to be noted that according to the bible and the
teachings of Jesus Pastors Steve Long and John Arnott must repent for their
proven lies as established by Kevin Gibb and John Szewczuk
12) It’s to be noted that Walter Kambulow is not divorced nor
has every been a member of Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship as stated in
TACF’s lawsuit!
13) It’s to be noted that any reference by TACF to Walter
